National Sales Manager

As a key member of our biotech sales team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and developing business opportunities within the biotech industry. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to drive performance and meet objectives.
  3. Business Development: Identify and capitalize on business development opportunities within the biotech industry.
  4. Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and positioning our products and services effectively.
  5. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer needs to drive product development and expansion.
  6. Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of strategies and initiatives.
  7. Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and create development plans for the sales team.
  8. Reporting: Prepare regular sales and financial reports for senior management.
  9. Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  10. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  11. Business Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall business strategy.
