Job Summary

The role holder drives the dealer sales team in the specified territory for a particular product line (LOB), ensuring volume sales and market share growth in that territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales volume & market share by enhancing customer engagement in the assigned territory within company policies and code of conduct.
  • Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive sales growth.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in Sales & Marketing preferably in automobile, two wheeler, commercial & passenger ancillaries, heavy engineering, or other sectors.
  • Strong industry knowledge and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
