Job Title: Senior Manager

The Senior Manager will be responsible for driving the sales of electric vehicles in assigned regions to retail, institutional, and government & fleet customer accounts. The goal is to achieve business objectives in terms of volumes, market share, and customer experience within organizational policies and government/ statutory norms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales volume daily to achieve targeted volumes and request assistance from the Central team for high-value deals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • BE/B Tech or MBA degree.
  • 5-6 years of work experience in sales and business development.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive industry and electric vehicle market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
