Role Overview

We seek an ambitious Sales Development Professional to join our team in Pune/Mumbai. As a key player in our sales operations, you will drive revenue growth through new business opportunities, develop effective sales strategies, and build strong relationships with clients.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, along with 2+ years of experience in sales or business development roles. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiating skills are essential for success in this position.

Apart from these requirements, you should be adept in networking, project management, and problem-solving, with a strong ability to adapt to our company culture effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, markets, and opportunities.
  • Lead generation & increased sales revenue.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the industry, trends, and competitors.
  • Client engagement: initiate contact with prospective clients, schedule meetings to pitch products or services effectively, build long-term relationships, and maintain regular follow-ups.
  • Strategic planning: develop and implement business development strategies to meet organizational goals, collaborate with marketing and sales teams, prepare proposals, presentations, and business plans for potential partnerships.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals with clients, manage contracts/retainerships, and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
  • Stay informed about market trends and customer needs, provide feedback to product and marketing teams for improvements or new offerings, analyze performance data, and suggest adjustments to strategies.
