Sales and Business Development Professional

Job Overview:
PressureJet Systems Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, understanding customer requirements, and providing techno-commercial quotations.
About the Role:
- Prospecting new sales business in assigned verticals, dealing with customers, negotiating, and finalizing deals.
- Preparing techno-commercial quotations and estimating costs for enquiries.
- Ensuring timely submission and follow-up on proposals.
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
- Responsible for booking sales orders in Oracle ERP and customer registration in CRM.
- On-time orders/schedule updates and delivery.
- Internal communication with design, production, or dispatch teams for smooth order processing.
- Payment follow-up with customers to ensure timely release of payment against orders.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A minimum of 6 months to 2 years of work experience in Inside Sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B-Tech) or Diploma in any specification (mechanical preferred).
- Good command of computer operations, MS Office, CRM, or any standard ERP.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) and Hindi or one of the regional languages.
