Job Overview:

PressureJet Systems Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, understanding customer requirements, and providing techno-commercial quotations.

About the Role:

  • Prospecting new sales business in assigned verticals, dealing with customers, negotiating, and finalizing deals.
  • Preparing techno-commercial quotations and estimating costs for enquiries.
  • Ensuring timely submission and follow-up on proposals.
  • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
  • Responsible for booking sales orders in Oracle ERP and customer registration in CRM.
  • On-time orders/schedule updates and delivery.
  • Internal communication with design, production, or dispatch teams for smooth order processing.
  • Payment follow-up with customers to ensure timely release of payment against orders.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 6 months to 2 years of work experience in Inside Sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B-Tech) or Diploma in any specification (mechanical preferred).
  • Good command of computer operations, MS Office, CRM, or any standard ERP.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) and Hindi or one of the regional languages.
