At OTS Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Sales Professional to drive sales growth for our cloud solutions, including Azure, SharePoint, and Dynamics. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to lead the full sales cycle, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of cutting-edge cloud and digital solutions. The estimated salary for this position is $140,000 - $200,000 per year.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft products, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a proven track record of success in sales and business development. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and qualify new business opportunities to drive sales of Microsoft solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers (C-level executives, IT Directors) to understand business requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Solution Selling: Collaborate with technical teams to craft customized proposals, deliver demos, and present value-driven solutions to prospective clients.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Manage the sales process, from negotiations to finalizing contracts, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.

The required qualifications for this role include:

  • A Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Microsoft certifications are a plus).
  • 3+ years of proven experience in business development or sales, ideally in IT solutions or Microsoft technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft products such as Azure, SharePoint, and Dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle and consistently achieve sales goals.
