**Sales and Strategy Role at OTS Solutions**

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Strategy Professional to join our team at OTS Solutions. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of Microsoft solutions, including Azure, SharePoint, and Dynamics, and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
  • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers (C-level executives, IT Directors) to understand business requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to craft customized proposals, deliver demos, and present value-driven solutions to prospective clients.
  • Manage the sales process, from negotiations to finalizing contracts, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, advancements in Microsoft technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • A Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Microsoft certifications are a plus).
  • 3+ years of proven experience in business development or sales, ideally in IT solutions or Microsoft technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft products such as Azure, SharePoint, and Dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle and consistently achieve sales goals.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to provide customized solutions that meet client needs.

**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
