Account Management Professional for Outsourced Product Development

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Leadership professional to lead our sales team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the India market, generating sales revenue, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Manage and mentor sales teams to ensure they meet their targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Salary: ₹30 lakhs - ₹40 lakhs per annum (depending on experience)
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years of proven sales leadership experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong track record of achieving sales targets. Experience working in the IT industry is highly desirable.
