Job Title: Head of Probiotics Business Development

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.

About the Role:

Vitasta Consulting Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Head of Probiotics Business Development to lead our sales and marketing efforts in the nutraceuticals industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic initiatives, and managing relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for probiotics.
  • Drive the expansion of business in new and existing markets.
  • Formulate a robust sales pipeline with a focus on B2B, B2C, and international markets.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver on targets and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Develop sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis systems.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A proven track record of successfully leading sales and marketing functions in the probiotics or health/nutrition sector.
  • 12-15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, with at least 5 years in the probiotics or health/nutrition sector.
  • MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of probiotics market dynamics, consumer trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Expertise in creating and managing marketing campaigns, branding, and product launches.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive business growth, analyze sales data, and implement strategic initiatives.
