About the Role:Vitasta Consulting Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Head of Probiotics Business Development to lead our sales and marketing efforts in the nutraceuticals industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic initiatives, and managing relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for probiotics.
- Drive the expansion of business in new and existing markets.
- Formulate a robust sales pipeline with a focus on B2B, B2C, and international markets.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver on targets and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis systems.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A proven track record of successfully leading sales and marketing functions in the probiotics or health/nutrition sector.
- 12-15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, with at least 5 years in the probiotics or health/nutrition sector.
- MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of probiotics market dynamics, consumer trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Expertise in creating and managing marketing campaigns, branding, and product launches.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to drive business growth, analyze sales data, and implement strategic initiatives.
