Job Description

  • Spearhead our sales strategy and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to drive revenue growth, market penetration, and customer retention.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of achievement, accountability, and continuous learning.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in SaaS, IT, or technology services.
  • Strong strategic planning, business development, and relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and leading high-performance sales teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and data analytics to inform sales strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels.
