Head of Regional PC Business Development (DGM Level)

Reports to: Regional Head of Business Line PC IMEA + Head of Global Strategy & Business Development, BL-PC.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support business strategy development and ensure its execution in the region.
  • Identify and research business opportunities for new and existing markets (IAM/OES).
  • Utilize market research data, customer feedback, and divisional opportunities to identify future business prospects.
  • Explore and build strategic partnerships with market players to realize business opportunities for the Business Line in the region.
  • Attract and acquire new businesses to reach and surpass Business Line revenue and growth goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives and jointly implement strategic business plans for each sub-region sales leads and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop concepts for achieving full market penetration through various sales channels.
  • Foster close cooperation with ZF local divisions and business units to derive aftermarket opportunities from current OE developments.

Your Profile:

  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, including deriving product trends, defining problems, driving analysis, and making recommendations.
  • Deep understanding of technologies, industries, and markets, along with strong business acumen.
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills.
  • Collaborative and decision-oriented mindset for interacting with multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience, with 5+ years leading strategy and business development processes.
