**Job Title:** Business Growth Strategist
At AV IT Business Solution Pvt. Ltd., we are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Strategist to lead initiatives that drive business growth and expansion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to build new business partnerships, maintain existing relationships, and identify opportunities for growth.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Identify Partnership Opportunities: You will research and identify potential business partners, develop strategies to approach them, and negotiate agreements that benefit both parties.
- Develop New Relationships: As a Business Growth Strategist, you will establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners, customers, and internal teams.
- Maintain Existing Business: You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of business plans, maintaining existing business relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
**Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including business partners, customers, and internal teams.
- Proven Knowledge and Execution of Successful Development Strategies: A proven track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies, with a focus on driving growth and expansion.
- Focused and Goal-Oriented: A self-motivated individual with a strong desire to achieve results, with a focus on meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
