As a Business Growth Strategist, you will play a key role in driving business growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Build Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely closure of deals and accurate forecasting.
  • Performance Metrics: Track key performance metrics to measure sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • MBA Fresher: We are looking for an MBA fresher or equivalent who has a strong background in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Good Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential to build strong relationships with clients.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
