Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead our business development efforts and drive revenue growth. This role requires a seasoned sales leader with a strong track record of building and executing high-performance sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, focusing on sales process improvement, talent development, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify new market opportunities, build customer relationships, and drive expansion efforts to reach untapped markets.
- Establish and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics, delivering regular insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact on growth and market success.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in SaaS, IT, or technology services.
- Strong strategic planning, business development, and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and leading high-performance sales teams.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and data analytics to inform sales strategies.
