Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales and Marketing Director to join our team at Writer Business Services Pvt Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Lead and manage the sales function, including day-to-day activities and building long-term guest relationships
  • Stay updated on changing wellness trends to stay competitive in the market
  • Actively up-sell business opportunities to maximize revenue potential
  • Ensure business is turned over properly and drive guest loyalty through service excellence

Requirements:

  • 10-12 years of experience in sales and marketing, with 2 years of hands-on leadership experience
  • MBA in Sales and Marketing or Hotel Management
  • Prior experience in a successful wellness destination is preferred

Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum
