We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Executive to join our team at Thriive. This role will play a pivotal part in driving our sales efforts and expanding our presence in the corporate sector.

About the Role
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to promote our mental wellness solutions to corporate clients.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential corporate clients, initiate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in HR and other relevant departments.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing corporate accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention through regular follow-ups and addressing any concerns.
  • Presentations and Demos: Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to HR teams and other corporate stakeholders.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals with corporate clients, develop proposals, contracts, and pricing models tailored to client needs.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, provide insights and feedback to enhance product offerings and sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, collaborate with the customer success team to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in corporate sales, with a focus on HR departments (Preferred), proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Sales Skills: Excellent sales and negotiation skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations, multilingual (Added advantage).
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to maintain & analyze sales data and market trends, provide actionable insights and recommendations.
