Job Title: IBFW Corporate Sales Director

Company Overview: IBFW Retail Pvt Ltd is a leading company in the industry, and we are looking for an experienced corporate sales director to join our team.

Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven corporate sales director to lead our strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving revenue growth, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and developing and executing sales strategies. Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, including corporate executives, travel managers, and agencies.

- Negotiating and closing contracts with key corporate clients and online travel agencies (OTAs).

- Collaborating with the sales and revenue management teams to maximize room sales and achieve sales targets.

- Conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
