Job Title: Head of Strategic Partnerships - IBFW Retail Pvt Ltd
Company Overview: IBFW Retail Pvt Ltd is a dynamic and growing company that is committed to excellence in all aspects of its business. We are looking for an experienced head of strategic partnerships to join our team.
Salary: ₹1,000,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Description: As a head of strategic partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. You will work closely with the sales and revenue management teams to identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships with key clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including identifying potential clients and developing proposals.
- Collaborating with the sales and revenue management teams to maximize room sales and achieve sales targets.
- Negotiating and closing contracts with key corporate clients and online travel agencies (OTAs).
- Conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in corporate sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
