Job Title: Diesel Genset Sales Director

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Diesel Genset Sales Director to join our team at Corporate Comrade Consultancy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the diesel genset industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, including setting targets, providing coaching and training, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and emerging market trends.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the company's customer base and market share.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales within the diesel genset industry or a closely related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical knowledge of diesel generator sets and power generation systems.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer preferences.

Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum.
