Corporate Sales Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled CORPORATE SALES STRATEGIST to join our team at Howden India.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth and expansion in the Corporate Sales segment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve revenue targets and build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:- BUILDING A SUSTAINABLE SALES PIPELINE AND UTILIZING DATA MANAGEMENT TOOLS FOR EFFECTIVE PERFORMANCE TRACKING.
- GENERATING NEW LEADS AND FOLLOWING UP ON PROSPECTS THROUGH MEETINGS AND OUTREACH EFFORTS.
- PURSUING EXISTING RENEWALS AND IDENTIFYING OPPORTUNITIES FOR CROSS-SELLING AND UPSELLING.
- Achieving REVENUE NUMBERS THROUGH CORPORATE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT.
- Maintaining STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND BUILDING A NETWORK OF INSURANCE EXPERTS.
- 10+ YEARS OF DIRECT EXPERIENCE IN CORPORATE SALES IN THE INSURANCE BROKING INDUSTRY.
- UNIVERSITY DEGREE (MANDATORY) WITH PREFERRED INSURANCE QUALIFICATION.
We offer a competitive SALARY RANGE of ₹15 Lakhs - ₹30 Lakhs per annum, based on experience, along with benefits that include medical insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for career advancement. The estimated salary range is inclusive of cost of living adjustments for Howden India's locations.
