Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Communications Strategist to join our team at Vikram Solar. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in corporate communications, excellent writing skills, and a passion for the energy industry.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that promote our brand, engage stakeholders, and enhance our corporate reputation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Communication Strategy Development: Support the development and implementation of communication strategies that align with our company's objectives and enhance its market position.
  • Content Creation: Create, edit, and oversee the production of various communication materials, including press releases, newsletters, intra-net content, and digital media, ensuring messaging is consistent and aligns with our brand voice.
  • Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts, manage press inquiries, and coordinate media interviews and press events.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver clear and effective communications to employees.
  • Brand Management: Monitor our company's brand reputation and perception; strategize initiatives for enhancing our corporate image through targeted communications campaigns.
  • Event Management: Plan and oversee corporate events, including investor days, conferences, and community engagement activities, ensuring alignment with overall communication strategies.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-4 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar field, preferably in the energy industry.
  • A proven track record in developing and executing successful communication strategies.
  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Experience managing media relations, with an established network of media contacts.
