Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Strategist to join our team. This key role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective corporate gifting programs that align with our company goals and client requirements. The successful candidate will possess strong relationship-building skills, market knowledge, and a passion for driving sales growth.
Main Responsibilities- Corporate Gifting Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive corporate gifting strategies that meet client expectations and company objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities, including seasonal promotions, custom gift bundles, and subscription services.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, from initial contact to post-delivery follow-up.
- Understand client gifting requirements and provide tailored snacking solutions for various occasions.
- Sales Support and Lead Generation:
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert potential corporate clients into long-term partnerships.
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to secure corporate gifting contracts.
- Product Customization & Branding:
- Work closely with product development and marketing teams to offer customization options (e.g., branded packaging, personalized notes) for corporate clients.
- Evaluate customizations against brand guidelines and client expectations.
- Order Management:
- Oversee the order process from quote to fulfillment, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams for seamless delivery.
- Event and Campaign Planning:
- Assist in planning and executing corporate events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns to attract new corporate clients.
- Leverage gifting as a tool for brand awareness and lead generation.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis:
- Monitor industry trends in corporate gifting and snack preferences to suggest new products or enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with market conditions to provide innovative solutions to clients.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in corporate gifting, B2B sales, or account management, preferably in the food or consumer goods industry.
- Proven experience in developing and managing client relationships, especially in a corporate gifting or B2B sales environment.
- Strong understanding of corporate gifting trends, customization options, and packaging solutions.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Creative mindset with the ability to offer unique, customized gifting solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Ability to travel extensively and work extra hours during peak season.
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹1012 lakhs to ₹15 lakhs per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
