This role is responsible for driving strategic conversations, onboarding and growth of Enterprise seller accounts on Amazon.in marketplace.

We're looking for experienced Business Development Managers who can thrive in new and ambiguous environments. They should be hands-on in managing B2B conversations, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to present short-term & long-term action plans to CXO layers. The ideal candidate will have a relentless drive for results, operate as an independent business owner, and understand key levers to drive across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Contribute to business strategy development, identify target Enterprise accounts to pitch, align stakeholders for marketplace sales strategy, and onboard accounts for selling on Amazon.
  • Business Growth: Drive complex metrics to deliver quicker growth, improve End-customer & Enterprise experience, and enable scalability of business in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Relationship Management: Build and cultivate strong relationships with Enterprises in your portfolio along with internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and business advocate.
  • Process Excellence: Use customer feedbacks, market trends, and analyze key metrics to contribute to feature and program development that accelerates Enterprise account growth and improves collaboration with Amazon.

The successful candidate will execute account-level KPIs/metrics by focusing on marketplace brand presence, leveraging channels for faster delivery to Amazon customers, developing Ads strategies, and improving selection quality. They will use their category expertise to accurately forecast business for assigned accounts, drive Enterprise engagements, and act as an internal Voice-of-Enterprise to influence Marketplace policies and products.

About the Role:

This position would be part of our Direct Sales team, responsible for onboarding and growth of marque Brands and Brand partners as direct sellers onto Amazon marketplace.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of sales experience
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience meeting revenue targets and quotas
  • Experience in e-commerce
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
