Enterprise Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Growth Specialist to join our team in Singapore.
Job Description- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting efforts, focusing on Large Enterprises in the SEA region.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to map new prospect organizations, identifying targeted buyers, decision-makers, and influencers within prospects' organizations.
- Analyze new prospect's business needs through research and information-gathering calls, utilizing CRM systems for effective tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to generate qualified opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- BUILD a pipeline by learning to identify qualified leads effectively, communicate Yellow.ai's value proposition, and route opportunities properly to the direct sales team.
- At least 3 years of experience in business development targeting Large Enterprises is required.
- Previous experience in outbound lead generation/prospecting in the B2B SaaS industry in the SEA region, preferably in Singapore.
- Excellent communication skills – outgoing, personable, and energetic.
- Able to build rapport with prospects over the phone, via email, or video.
- Must be a competitive, ambitious, and self-motivated individual with a hunger to succeed.
- Able to achieve monthly productivity goals.
- Competitive salary range: SGD $8,000 - $12,000 per month, depending on experience.
