The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to join our fast-growing organization. As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base by identifying, prospecting, and closing enterprise-level accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to qualify leads and ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to the sales process.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate and capture market share.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of potential customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and opportunities; create persuasive sales proposals.
  • Conduct in-person meetings with potential enterprises and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our capabilities and experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients and work closely with the team to provide tailored solutions to address the specific needs of each enterprise customer.
  • Lead negotiations for enterprise-level contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and the company in terms of pricing and SLAs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in E-commerce ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage and influence senior-level executives.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset and willingness to travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
