We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Specialist to join our team.
Job Description:
Sales Growth Specialists at Gnani play a vital role in driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and techniques.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, LinkedIn, and emails
• Research accounts to identify potential prospects that match the company's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and generate interest
• Engage in outbound activities including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to initiate conversations with potential customers
• Understand customer needs and requirements and convince them of Gnani's value proposition
• Qualify leads through discovery conversations to assess their needs, budget, decision-making process, and timeline (BANT)
• Route Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas for smaller opportunities
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned Industry/territory
• Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
• Perform effective online demos to prospects
• Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects in the CRM tool
• Regularly update the sales funnel to reflect the current status of leads and opportunities
• Attend and participate in Industry events, trade shows, etc., to meet prospects and potential customers
Requirements and Skills:
• Proven inside sales experience for at least 2 years
• Working in a SAAS or similar technology organization is a must
• Experience in dealing with large and mid-size Enterprise customers in India
• SAAS, Contact centre Technical skills & Clear grasp of AI & ML technologies and the ability to envision solutions is desirable.
• Should have sufficient Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls, emails, and LinkedIn reach outs per day
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
• Experience working with Zoho or similar CRM
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• BA/BS/MBA degree or equivalent
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of approximately ₹12.5 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
