Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Enterprise Account Manager to lead business development efforts and drive sales growth for our India IT Staffing Business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing enterprise IT customers and a strong ability to communicate and prioritize client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve business/revenue growth and market share goals for assigned accounts.

- Experience managing enterprise IT customers.

- Communicate and prioritize client requirements, provide business solutions partnering with recruiting teams to help clients meet their short and long-term business objectives while meeting the company's strategic business goals.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum (depending on experience).
