Senior Enterprise Account Manager

Your Key Responsibilities:
As an Enterprise Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Identifying, prospecting, and closing enterprise-level accounts in the ecommerce industry
2. Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate and capture market share
3. Conducting in-depth research and analysis of potential customers to understand their business needs, challenges and opportunities; & creating persuasive sales proposals
4. Conducting in-person meetings with potential enterprises & delivering compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our capabilities and experience
5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key enterprise clients & working closely with the team to provide tailored solutions to address the specific needs of each enterprise customer
6. Leading negotiations for enterprise-level contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and the company in terms of pricing & SLAs
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
1. Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the ecommerce ecosystem
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage & influence senior-level executives
3. Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset & willingness to travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events
4. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports
Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
