Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our growing team. As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to penetrate and capture market share.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of potential customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients and work closely with the team to provide tailored solutions.
  • Lead negotiations for enterprise-level contracts and ensure mutually beneficial terms.
  • Closely work with the operations and accounts teams for seamless implementation and delivery of services.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in e-commerce ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage & influence senior-level executives.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
  • Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business 'by the numbers'.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and ability to achieve stretched goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
  • Experienced in marketing and data analytics.

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per annum
