About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Development Manager to provide strategic support and nurture relationships with 400-500 Tier 5 enterprises, promoting their growth to higher tiers. As a CSM, you would be assigned 150-300 orgs depending on the workload.

Tier 5 orgs behave like SMBs in terms of purchase patterns, ticket sizes, engagement from sales teams, and client connections at junior to mid-management levels.

As you progress, you'll manage Tier 1-Tier 4 clients and work directly with Pod leads/CSM heads in big accounts management.
