Qualifications:

Min Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Min experience of 8-10 years in the IT sales and consulting with an MBA from Tier 1 Institutions. Proven track record of successfully managing enterprise-level client relationships and driving business growth. Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. In-depth knowledge of the ITES industry and market trends. Financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
