About Park+

Park+ is the largest community of car owners in India, with 15 million+ members. We're building a super app for car users, solving their daily problems and bringing delight back to car ownership.

We've developed technology-led solutions for parking, FasTag, and access control in malls, corporate parks, and apartments. Our platform allows users to discover, book, and pay for parking across India. We've also enabled MG and Hyundai customers to book and pay for parking via their car's head unit infotainment system.

In just over three years, every third car in India is already on the Park+ platform. Our access control and parking automation solutions are deployed at prominent locations, including Blackstone (Mumbai), Airtel HO (Gurgaon), Cyber Hub (Gurgaon), One BKC (Mumbai), Select City Walk (Saket, Delhi), and more than 5,000 residential apartment gates all over India.

Job Description:

ROLE: ZONAL MANAGER

Hunting role: Source new Enterprise clients in the assigned geography.

Team Management: Hire, train, and guide team members towards achieving common goals.

Identifying Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise segment, targeting large-scale merchants and strategic accounts.

Strategic Account Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within enterprise organizations, understanding their business objectives and pain points.

Solution Selling: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and present comprehensive merchant acquiring solutions that address clients' specific requirements and deliver measurable value.

Customization and Innovation: Work closely with product and technology teams to tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of enterprise clients, incorporating the latest innovations and industry best practices.

Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations to finalize agreements, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with both client expectations and company objectives.

Pipeline Management: Manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking opportunities through various stages of the sales cycle and providing accurate forecasts to senior management.

Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments impacting the merchant acquiring landscape, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisions.
