Job Overview:

Vshr Unnati LLP is seeking an experienced Senior Account Development Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer onboarding and implementation by guiding them through product setup and configuration.
  • Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting services to customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive product enhancements and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of Customer Success Managers and Associates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, solutions engineering, or similar role.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Experience with CRM tools to manage customer relationships and track engagement metrics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities simultaneously.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 per year based on industry standards and location.
