Senior Account Development Executive

Vshr Unnati LLP is seeking an experienced Senior Account Development Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer onboarding and implementation by guiding them through product setup and configuration.
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting services to customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive product enhancements and identify opportunities for growth.
- Lead and manage a team of Customer Success Managers and Associates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, solutions engineering, or similar role.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Experience with CRM tools to manage customer relationships and track engagement metrics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities simultaneously.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 per year based on industry standards and location.
