Job Description

At Vodafone Idea Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior National Account Development Manager to lead our National Accounts team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our national customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth in line with business targets, focusing on increasing market share through integrated product and service offerings.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with national customer buying centers (C-Levels) to influence deals and secure new business opportunities.
  • Account Management: Manage the entire account life cycle, from acquisition to retention, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and knowledge to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven track record of managing global accounts and enterprise solution sales, with at least 8+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work in a matrixed environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
