The ideal candidate will serve as an employee champion and a leader of change, driving organizational growth through strategic human capital management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing overall leadership and guidance by overseeing talent acquisition, employee career development, succession planning, retention programs, training and leadership development, compensation and benefit plans, outsourcing activities
  • Leading the country HR team to ensure quality HR support is provided
  • Functioning as a strategic, human capital business advisor to the senior management team
  • Driving and supporting initiatives, policies, and programs to complement global HR practices and create consistency across the organization
  • Negotiating compensation and benefit packages

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management
  • At least 2 years' experience in HR
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Ideal location: Dubai
  • Deep knowledge within the Web3/Blockchain/DeFi ecosystem (a plus)
Estimated Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience
