**Job Title:** HR Strategic Director

Talent Acquisition and Management:

  • The ideal candidate will lead the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the hiring of top talent.
  • They should manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition.
  • And develop and implement effective talent management strategies, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.

Employee Relations:

  • Our new HR Strategic Director will need to foster positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
  • They should promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • And manage employee grievances and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The ideal candidate will oversee compensation and benefits administration, including salary planning, bonus programs, and benefits enrollment.
  • They should conduct regular salary and benefits benchmarking to ensure competitiveness.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Our HR Strategic Director will need to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • They should manage HR risk by implementing appropriate policies and procedures.
  • And conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate potential HR risks.

HR Operations:

  • We need someone who can manage HR operations, including payroll, time and attendance, and HRIS systems.
  • They should oversee data privacy and security compliance.
  • And utilize HR technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • A Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
  • They should have strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing HR teams is essential.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR software is a must.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion is crucial.

Estimated Salary: ₹2,200,000 - ₹4,000,000 per annum.
