We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales & Business Development Professional to join our team as a Strategic Sales Director Solutions.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have strong sales and business development experience in solutions, with an ability to create successful strategies and existing strategic C-level relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Building long-term relationships with clients
- Arranging meetings with prospective clients to discuss potential solutions
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Generating and developing new business leads through proactive outreach and networking
- Preparing and presenting engaging sales pitches to secure deals
- Presenting accurate sales pipelines and forecasts to stakeholders
- Achieving quarterly and annual sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-8 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in solutions
- Strong enterprise account management and mining skills
- Existing C-level relationships in the enterprise space
- Strong OEM connects for generating new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships and teams
