This is a full-time position that requires a skilled professional to manage all aspects of HR operations at Talent Corner. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, talent acquisition, HRMS, employee engagement, performance management, and the entire employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Attract, select, and hire top talent for various roles within the organization.
- HRMS: Manage and maintain the Human Resource Management System to ensure seamless operations.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Employee Engagement and Leadership Development: Foster a positive work environment and develop leaders within the organization.
- Performance Management and Turnover Reduction: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee performance and reduce turnover.
- Management of Entire Employee Lifecycle: Oversee the hiring process from start to finish, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Additional Systems Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest HR technologies and systems.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in HR or a related field.
