Job Title: Strategic HR Business Partner for Talent Acquisition and Development

We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to join our team at Talent Corner HR Services Pvt Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving our talent acquisition and development strategies.

About the Role:

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and timely hiring.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Administer competitive compensation structures and benefits, ensuring market relevance and compliance.
  • Employee Orientation & Onboarding: Develop and execute orientation programs to integrate new hires and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs, design programs, and enhance employee skills for career growth.
  • Policy Development: Create and update HR policies, ensuring compliance and clear communication across the organization.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance reviews, set goals, and implement improvement plans when necessary.
  • Employee Engagement & Fun at Work Initiatives: Lead employee engagement programs and initiatives to maintain a positive, inclusive work culture.
  • Employee Relations: Resolve conflicts, address concerns, and ensure employee satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HR software (HRMS, ATS) and MS Office.

Location: Mumbai, India

Salary: ₹7-8 LPA (Approximate Annual Salary)
