Payment Gateway Partnership Manager

PhonePe Private Limited is a fintech company that provides innovative payment solutions. We are looking for a skilled Partnership Development Specialist to join our team.
What You'll Do:
- Analyze potential partners to determine their suitability for our payment gateway product.
- Develop a deep understanding of the partner landscape in the payment industry and identify the best acquisition channels.
- Create a pipeline of potential partners and drive conversions at both the top and bottom of the funnel.
- Negotiate deals and ensure mutual value is delivered.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create compelling value propositions for PhonePe's services.
- Support partners through the onboarding process and provide necessary training.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop solutions for partners and end merchants.
- Become a trusted advisor to partners and help them grow.
- Stay up-to-date on PhonePe's payment gateway and partner program.
- Serve as a single point of contact for partners and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of sales experience in payments, fintech, or SaaS/PaaS.
- Mid-market or enterprise account management and merchant hunting/acquisition experience.
- Proven partnership negotiation and management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
