About Us

PhonePe Private Limited is a fintech company that provides innovative payment solutions. We are looking for a skilled Partnership Development Specialist to join our team.

What You'll Do:

  1. Analyze potential partners to determine their suitability for our payment gateway product.
  2. Develop a deep understanding of the partner landscape in the payment industry and identify the best acquisition channels.
  3. Create a pipeline of potential partners and drive conversions at both the top and bottom of the funnel.
  4. Negotiate deals and ensure mutual value is delivered.
  5. Collaborate with sales teams to create compelling value propositions for PhonePe's services.
  6. Support partners through the onboarding process and provide necessary training.
  7. Work with cross-functional teams to develop solutions for partners and end merchants.
  8. Become a trusted advisor to partners and help them grow.
  9. Stay up-to-date on PhonePe's payment gateway and partner program.
  10. Serve as a single point of contact for partners and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of sales experience in payments, fintech, or SaaS/PaaS.
  • Mid-market or enterprise account management and merchant hunting/acquisition experience.
  • Proven partnership negotiation and management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
