Business Development Manager for Partnerships

">We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for Partnerships to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering and managing relationships with key partners, developing account plans, and executing strategies to drive retention and growth.

- Develop and execute account plans for assigned partner portfolio, outlining objectives, strategies, and tactics to drive retention and growth.">
- Analyze partner needs, identify retention risks, and implement targeted initiatives to mitigate churn.">
- Train and educate partners on Razorpay's core products and services.">
- Monitor and report on partner performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.">
- Represent Razorpay at conferences and networking events, building relationships and promoting our brand.">
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies and promote sales to new and existing customers.">
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.">
Mandatory Qualifications:
">- ">
- 5-6 years of experience in sales roles, preferably within the payments industry.">
- Proven sales experience in specified territories and verticals.">
- Able to drive customer-centricity in the team.">
- Quick learner, adaptable to changing business needs.">
- Comfortable with extensive domestic traveling (up to 60% of the time).">
Salary and Benefits:
">The estimated salary for this role is ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
