Key Account Partnership Manager

At PhonePe Private Limited, we are seeking a skilled Key Account Partnership Manager to join our team. This role involves developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key accounts in the payment industry.

Salary Range: ₹80,00,000 - ₹1,20,00,000 per annum (depending on location)

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in sales with a focus on outbounds in payments/fintech/saas, paas vertical. They should have experience in handling mid-market or enterprise accounts and be able to work independently with minimal direction or supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze potential partners to identify the right fit for our payment gateway product.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the partner landscape in the payment industry and identify the right acquisition channels.
  • Create an outbound pipeline based on the channels identified and drive both top of the funnel and bottom of the funnel conversions.
  • Lead negotiations to finalize commercials and deliver mutual value.
  • Create compelling value propositions for our services in coordination with different sales teams.
  • Guide partners through the onboarding process and provide necessary training wherever required.
  • Work with cross-functional teams like product, marketing, onboarding etc. to identify, plan and implement suitable solutions for partners and end merchants.
  • Build strong relationships with partners and identify requisites for growth.
  • Have a deeper understanding of our payment gateway and partner program.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for partners and act as an escalation point to drive resolution in a timely, proactive manner.
  • Initiate new projects with self-driven ownership.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in sales with a focus on outbounds in payments/fintech/saas, paas vertical.
  • Experience in handling mid-market or enterprise accounts and hunting or acquisition of merchants.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
