About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as an Account Management Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of top-selling partners, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of sellers who are top performers on the marketplace.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Build strong relationships with key partners (both internally and externally) to champion their needs on the marketplace.
  • Analyze relevant data to provide business insights and make recommendations to improve seller performance.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to unblock seller needs or fast-track processes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree.
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey key insights from complex analysis in business terms to both internal and external parties.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales experience.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
