About the Role

NoBroker is seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying their needs, and providing solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers
  • Handle customer complaints and provide solutions and alternatives within time limits
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure complete resolution of issues
  • Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements
  • Education - Graduation/HSC qualified
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, numerical, and analytical ability
  • Decision-making skills
  • Languages - English and Hindi mandatory, Kannada/Tamil/Marathi preferred
  • Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word)
