Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and develop a sales pipeline
  • Closing business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings objectives

  • Collaborating with the Professional Services team for customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 8+ years of field experience in quota-carrying roles in fast-paced markets with a focus on growth businesses
  • 10+ years of SaaS sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate complex enterprise technology value
  • A track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
  • Skilled in building business champions and running complex sales processes
  • Familiarity with databases, DevOps, and open-source technology is a plus
  • Driven and competitive: Strong desire to be successful
  • Excellent time management and resource allocation skills; sound approach to qualifying opportunities
  • Possess aptitude to learn quickly and establish credibility; High EQ and self-awareness
  • Passionate about growing your career in the largest market in software (database) and developing an in-depth understanding of MongoDB products

This role offers a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, based in Gurugram with a hybrid working model.
