Sales Leader for Enterprise Growth

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Leader to join our team and drive enterprise growth through strategic sales initiatives. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and metrics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Compensation:
$110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.
