Enterprise Sales Growth Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Growth Leader to join our team at Shipsy. This is an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and strategically position our product in the market.
About the RoleAs an Enterprise Sales Growth Leader, you will be responsible for owning all revenue expansion activities within different regions. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth, establish and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, and develop market strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive revenue and achieve quota for assigned territory or accounts
- Develop and execute sales strategy for region to achieve revenue targets and market share goals
- Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to expand company's presence in region
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
- 9-13 years of experience selling SaaS solutions to large enterprise accounts
- Experience with acquiring new logos, revenue growth, and developing and implementing sales strategies
- Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person meetings, events, and deal closure
- Consistent overachievement of sales goals in a large geographic territory
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
We offer a competitive salary of ₹80 lakhs - ₹1 crore per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as bonus, stock options, and comprehensive health insurance.
