Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership and team management.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • MBA or equivalent degree desired.

Estimated Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 per year based on industry standards and location.
