Sales Executive Leader for Enterprise Software Solutions

Job Overview
">This role requires a seasoned sales executive to lead the sales process for enterprise software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling complex software solutions to government and public sector customers.
Responsibilities
">- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to drive new business sales and expand existing accounts
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and Oracle executives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Manage and deliver against sales targets, ensuring consistent overachievement against quarterly goals
- Continuously improve self-research, learning, and readiness on new product offerings
Requirements
">- 12-15 years of experience in selling enterprise software solutions or services to government/public sector customers
- Demonstrated history of net direct new business sales, with consistent overachievement against targets
- Ability to build reciprocal relationships with different parts of the business, partners, and customers
- Validated understanding of the IT industry cloud landscape and market
- Proficiencies in building value proposition and positioning strong proposals
- Strong listening skills, ability to communicate across all levels, and adapt to multifaceted situations
- Be creative with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Confirmed ability to work well as part of an extended sales team
Compensation and Benefits
