About the Role:
At Huntingcube Recruitment Solutions, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Leader to spearhead our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies, managing key accounts, and leading high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Manage and maintain key customer relationships to drive sales growth
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales objectives
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in managing industrial accounts, preferably in the Metal, Cement, Pharma, or Oil & Gas sector
- Strong account management, sales operations, and revenue management skills
- Proven track record of successfully achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Experience in leading high-performing sales teams and developing sales talent
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Technical background or experience in selling B2B SaaS products
- Experience in managing international clients, particularly in the APJ territory
